This is a big matter for ancient hindu culture that USPS has not approved diwali stamp on international posts. The thing must be in notice that USPS has stamps for other festivals too like Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, Eid, and Chinese New Year but why not Diwali. USPS needs 500000 signatures to have the Diwali stamp to include it in the international festivals stamp list.
