One of the easiest and simplest recipes is that of Besan Ladoo or Besan. It can be prepared within thirty minutes. The maximum time is needed for the gram flour to turn brown. Ingredients Required for Besan Laddu Recipe

-Pure ghee
-Milk
-Dry Fruits like cashews, raisins and almonds
-Powdered sugar
-Gram flour or Besan
-Kewra or rose essence
-Cardamom powder.
-Kesar / Saffron

Process Of making Beasn ke Laddu

-Firstly, you need to take a pan and warm the ghee in it.
-Then, slowly add besan to this ghee.
-Stir-fry the besan until it turns golden brown.
-Avoid frying the gram flour on a high flame as it might burn it.
Actually, frying the besan is a tedious process and takes time. So, you should sauté it on low flame but you should continuously stir it.
-As the besan gradually changes color to brown, you will get a beautiful aroma of cooked flour.
-Remove the pan and allow it to cool.
-Then add powdered cardamom and sugar to it.
-Also add few drops of rose essence to it. Finely chop the dry fruits and add.
-Finally, give the shape of round balls to the besan. The sweet dish is ready to be served.
