· Milk
· Condensed milk (optional)
· Sugar
· Crushed Cardamom
· Rice flour
· Saffron threads
Procedure
If you are taking rice flour, then there is no problem. Otherwise, you can make rice flour at home. Take the usual rice that you eat at home and grind it finely in mixer and grinder. Keep it aside. In a heavy wok, take milk and let it boil for quite sometime. Let it get thickened. Then to this you can add condensed milk for extra yummy taste of Badam phirni. Otherwise, simply add rice flour. Let the milk boil for another 10-15 minutes. Then slowly add the paste of almonds. Keep stirring to avoid the burn. Let it boil until the milk attains custard like consistency. Remove from the flame and the badam phirni is ready.
