Ingredients Required
Paneer, cheese (channa)
Milk
Condensed milk
Sugar
Water
Nuts and raisins





Procedure of making bengali Channar Payesh Recipe for Drga puja and Diwali

Firstly, you need to make the sugar syrup. For this water in a bowl and let it boil. Add sugar to it and boil until single thread consistency has arrived. Switch off the flame and keep it aside. In another pan, take paneer or cheese and add this syrup to it. Blend it thoroughly. Now, keep milk in bowl for boiling. Add condensed milk to it. Let is boil for 15 minutes and then remove from flame. Cool it and them mix it with paneer. Mix well. The channar payesh is ready to be served to your friends, relatives and other members.
