Doodh pak is a famous Indian dessert more often prepared in the rural belts of the country. Doodh Pak, Doodh Pak Recipe Ingredients for Doodh Pak Recipe:

1/2 Cup Almonds
1 Litre Milk
1/2 Kg Sugar
1 Teaspoon Cardamom Powder
1 Teaspoon Saffron
50 gms Pistachios
1 1/2 tablespoon Raisins

Procedure of dudh pak (Gajar ka halwa):

Keep almonds soaked into water overnight. Peel of the brown covering and grind to make a smooth paste. Now mix saffron in half a teaspoon of hot milk and keep it aside. Put milk to boil and add into it saffron, almond paste, sugar, pistachios, raisins and cardamom powder. Keep stirring till the milk turns into a thick saucy paste like form. Serve hot or chilled.
